• Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with pickup details, including location and timing.

Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1–3 business days. We’ll coordinate a time window with you to ensure a smooth handoff.

Please bring your order confirmation when picking up. If someone else is picking up on your behalf, let us know in advance.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges at this time. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
